The University wishes to advise ALL GRADUANDS that the 2014 Graduation Ceremony has been tentatively set for 23 October 2014.
Graduands should take note of the following:
A Graduation fee of US$50.00 is payable between now and the day of rehearsals.
Graduands who owe the University should clear the outstanding amounts with the Finance Department. All payments should be deposited into the Institute’s Bank Account: Harare Institute of Technology, CBZ Bank Account Number 02420583120037 Sapphire Branch, Harare. Graduands will then be required to bring the original deposit slips to the Finance Department before the Graduation Day.
The approved HIT academic dress is obtainable at US$65.00 a set, strictly from the Registration and Student Records Management Office at the Harare Institute of Technology Campus. Only the Graduands in approved HIT Academic Dress will be allowed to take part in the Graduation Ceremony.
The Rehearsal will be held on Wednesday 22 October 2014, commencing promptly at 1100hours. All Graduands must attend the Rehearsal in order to participate in the Ceremony.
