Details of charges can be obtained from the Reader Services on\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:library@hit.ac.zw\">library@hit.ac.zw<\/a>\u00a0or send a Whatsapp message to your personal librarian. Rules and regulations have also been put in place to encourage good behavior when using the library.\u00a0 Breach of any of them will attract a spot fine.\u00a0 Send a message on\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:library@hit.ac.zw\">library@hit.ac.zw<\/a>\u00a0or send a Whatsapp message for more details.<\/p><p><strong>NB:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>All Library fines are subject to review.
