Our Role
The Registration and Student Records Management Unit is responsible for the registration process and management of Institutional Student Records. The Section aims to offer the most effective and efficient systems in the Institute guided by the General Academic Regulations and Programme Regulations
Our Function
- Supervise the registration of students on the main database.
- Create and maintain accurate manual and electronic academic records. Ensures integrity and security of the records.
- Conduct orientation of new students
- Produce graduation list, Script of Proceedings and Graduation Programme of events.
- Distribute academic regalia to graduating students.
- Produce academic transcripts and interim transcripts.
- Produce consolidated Institutional Statistical reports.
- Service the Committee on Academic Ceremonies and Academic Board.
- Verify transcripts and certificates issued to graduates
