Simultaneously, Prof. Kanhukamwe was honoured as the “Outstanding Education Leader of the Year 2025”.

In a remarkable recognition of leadership and innovation, the HIT Vice Chancellor also received the prestigious African University Excellence and Impact Index Listing (AUEII) Award.
