Applicants should have at least a Master’s degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent, and at least two (2) year experience in either Biomedical Engineering Lecturing or relevant hands-on industry experience. A relevant PhD will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Biomechanics, Tissues Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, Neural Systems in Medicine, and Rehabilitation Engineering and to supervise undergraduate student projects, conduct research in the field of Biomedical Engineering, and carry out other departmental duties (academic and administrative) as and when assigned by the Vice Chancellor through the Departmental Chairperson.
