The Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) participated in the National Culture Festival that was celebrated at the Midlands State University (MSU) on Sunday the 14th of May 2023.

The Culture Festival was officiated by the First Lady, Her Excellency Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa.

HIT’s Student Affairs Division made sterling performances in poetry and skits, which entertained audiences at the event.

The University also exhibited the preservation of the nutritional value of Zimbabwean indigenous foods as well as the research on Indigenous foods by the Food Processing Technology Department following its mandate of incubating, transferring and commercialising the technology.
