Change of mode of study is processed by the Registration and Student Records Management Office provided the student makes the request within the first two weeks of the semester. It should be noted that such changes can only be effected after approval has been granted by the University
 
A student may be exempted from doing some of the courses done at a recognized tertiary Institution by making a formal request through his/her department during the normal registration period. It should be noted that exemptions can only be official when authority is granted by Senate and student is formally informed of the outcome.

Amendments on courses registered can only be done during the normal registration period.
 
Students who are unable to proceed with studies for various reasons must formally defer studies before withdrawing from the Institute. One should seek prior approval by completing a Deferment Form which is obtainable from the Registration and Student Records Management Office or on our website.
 
A student may request for an interim transcript from the Registration and Student Records Management Office upon payment of a fee which is subject to review by the Registrar from time to time.
 
A duplicate academic transcript can be issued upon payment of a fee prescribed by the Registrar.
